Here is a poem for my great grandad who is also a great great grandad too!!
Our great granddad
I have never known a man that’s more loved and adored as you,
You make every one feel happy with every thing you do,
Like when we all go to the pub and all have a few beers
We always have a special man that’s singing in our ears
We all be sat down listening,
Hells have every one singing two,
Then we’ll all be ehoing with every thing he’ll do.
Some times you notice children wont go to just any man,
But because they know that he is gentle they will all go hold his hand.
Because there aint no man like granddad,
He is one in a million billion,
But when he’s had a few two many he turns in to a silly one.
He aint just any once granddad though,
He is every once granddad two,
That’s some how made 187 kids with all our family’s through,
But as I say this now we all say this loud and clear,
You are a very special man that makes happy ness through out the years.
We will not say goodbye, because this is not the end,
We will see you very soon our granddad and our friend.
We love you loads great granddad with every thing you do,
We’ll all go to the pub after this, and have a drink for you.

He was one of the kindest nicest loving men I knew always had time for all of his friends and family. Everyone who knew him loved him for the great man he was. He always cared for others and to this day he still is. He is greatly missed by all loved ones never forgotten. xxxxx
